ArtofPanda 0-3GosuGamers previously reported about the start of the » Scandinavian Tour that included four players from each of the Scandinavian nations. This past weekend the group stage was played and after a night of gaming the final eight were determined.

GosuGamers caught up with NaW-datoby, the winner of Group A. He told us that he was placed in the easiest group. Instead the thought his national team partner Haypro was placed in the toughest group.
- All groups had at least one player who has some class but I'd say Group D was probably the hardest one, says the Protoss Swedish player.

The other Swedes ZpuX and StormToSS were both unable to attend the tournament and ended 0-3 by default.

The final eight players will battle it out this Saturday at 17:00 CET, in a Double Elimination bracket. This is where the point system comes in. As of now, Norway leads the tournament with 5 points, as all their four players advanced. Behind them are Finland who ended in first place with two of their players. Denmark has zero points, and Sweden has only three points. Though datoby (picture) tells GosuGamers that they have a pretty good shot in winning it.
- If me and Haypro ends up on different sides of the bracket I think we'll win, he says and smiles.
