He quit the StarCraft community several months ago with several rumors floating around after his failure of becoming a foreign progamer in Korea along with Draco. Now he is back and just played his first showmatch against MgZ)Yayba.

His attempt to join a pro team in middle of 2006 along with his former team mate Draco was not successful. He failed to get drafted to a pro team and after some incidents he returned to Poland. Suncow disappeared from the StarCraft scene but evidently he is back and just participated in a showmatch against MgZ)Yayba who managed to win the first ESL SC:BW 1on1 tour just a week ago.

Note that Suncow uses BOSS.Cow as ID here, and some forum posts say he is playing for mRv. and (GN). The map pool for this showmatch consisted of the following maps and all were played: Ride of Valkyries, Longinus, Rush Hour, Luna and R-Point. Read the battle reports from all five games right here.

Game 1: Ride of Valkyries

(08:16 minutes)

Suncow starts at bottom left position, opens the game with pool before expo and produces some Lings for early harrassment. Yayba opens the game with 1 gate, adds cybernetic core and starts producing Corsairs. Suncow scouts the incoming Corsair and starts producing Hydras from three hatches. He manages to take down the expo of Yayba, to kill the DT's and cannons with nice micro and to win the first game.

Game 2: Longinus

(23:17 minutes)

Suncow builds pool first, adds two hatcheries, and manages to defend the Zealot/Probe rush by Yayba. Yayba takes his expo and starts building Zealot/HT, Suncow counters with four-hatch-hydralisks. Several nice battles in the middle of the map follow and the ground turns red after some well-placed storms. Even more Hydra/Ling show up, Suncow is able to keep the pressure on his opponent and eventually just overruns with him many Ultralisks.

Game 3: Rush Hour

(23:33 minutes)

It is common for Protoss to start the game with FE and cannon vs Zerg, and Yayba does exactly that while Suncow takes two expos with gas, adds two additional hatcheries in his main and starts producing Lurker/Ling and fast Hive tech. A wave of Lings fail to do any serious damage to Yayba's expo who starts a counter attack. A lot of blood remains on the ground when Suncow is finally able to defend the attack. Ultralisks follow shortly afterwards and in spite of the fact that Suncow sends his units in a long row he manages to kill the expos and eventually wins the game. 3-0.

Game 4: Luna

(13:04 minutes)

Yayba switches to Terran and it becomes interesting to see if Suncow can handle ZvsT. After building pool, taking his expo and building another hatchery in main, Suncow has serious problems stopping the incoming M&M forces. A counter attack with speed Lings bring him back into the game. A bunch of Mutalisks takes down the command center some minutes later, and Yayba's final attack is stopped. Another win for Suncow.

Game 5: R-Point

(09:52 minutes)

The final game and Yayba switched back to Protoss, Suncow playing Zerg again. After doing almost no damage with a Dark Templar drop Yayba decides to produce Reaver. Suncow keeps on producing Hydra/Ling and wins the game in less than ten minutes with some nice micro. Suncow 5 - 0 Yayba.
