The LAN-event in Aix-en-Provence took place last week. The tournament attracted a nice amount of attention, due mostly to the nice sum of money prize which is rarely seen in European events.
However when Septerran and I stood at Landvetter (the main airport of Gothenburg) we realized that the "Gothenburg City Airport" was something else, and was located on the other side of the town. While Septerran took it rather cool I freaked out, especially since it was my fault.
Mireille, the strong Swedish Terran, won the tournament and took the grand prize home. WGTour interviewed the winner, where you can learn about his great adventure to Nice, his thoughts about the matches he played, the event, how he practiced and his opponents. The prize money, as he mentioned, will be spent on hardware as well, to support his hobbies.
