You probably remember the old classic Replays With Audio, and the days when BWCoach was used. The creator of them both, JCA has not been having enough time to spend on the projects, so as new versions of Starcraft has been released, the programs pretty much disappeared. However, now we see the light in the end of the tunnel!
The source codes are in the hands of our beloved programmers on BWProgrammers.com, and the programming team will create a version working for 1.13. As it is looking at the moment, the lead programmer for the project will be no one else than the Polish monster programmer Ilintar, known for his endless work at WGTour and with PenguinPlug, among other things.
Ashur has taken a quick look at the code, and according to him it will not be very hard to update it. “Thanks go to the mighty JCA, programmer that wrote part of BW history. Without him, you probably wouldn’t know about RWA and APM. He cooperated on many other projects with Lasgo and Russian programmers in the old development for SCBW.”, he tells GosuGamers.
Although, in order to Ilintar and the others to take on the task they would like to know if there really is an interest from the community. If people will not be using the tools there is no use of updating them. So people of the Starcraft community – do we want the Replay With Audio and BWCoach tools back?

For all of you who liked the Replays With Audio people made, and for the ones who liked the help BWCoach gave, here’s some interesting news. As new Starcraft patches came, and the creator of the above mentioned tools, jca, had other things to do the programs were kind of forgotten.
