King of the Hill is a long tradition here at GosuGamers. Now we start up the concept for 2vs2 while Advokate remains on his throne for 1on1. We prouldy present: Testie and Mondragon versus Breakdown and Fisheye!
Since it is the first KOTH, there are 2 new teams fighting over the hill this time. Even so they are the best we could find outside Korea. In the past they have been the team to beat, but rarely have they actually been defeated. Have you guessed it yet? Of course it's the combination of Testie and Mondragon. This monster-team have won pretty much everything they have participated in. Clearly worthy candidates for the throne. They have even been in possession of the hill individually.
Who can challenge them you ask? Try ESA's usual 2v2 team. BrEaKdOwN and FiSheYe make up an all German supreme 2v2 team. They have only lost 1 series in SCCL and have even beaten ToT in that very league. That time it was Mondragon and Midian. They indeed have the potential to win this.
The rules are standard and the format is best of 7. The match will happen on the 16th of January 21:00 CET and it will be shoutcasted by Micro. We will update you with details about the shoutcast later. The maps were chosen by GosuGamers and by the players themselves. GosuGamers picked 3, while each team picked 2. R-Point is the starting map, then it's losers choice.

What races the players are planning to pick remains a mystery so far. Some of the maps have been proven in the Korean leagues not to favor the double Zerg pick. We will have to wait and see what happens. GosuGamers wishes both teams good luck and we hope for some good games.
