[s]interview[/s]

Nick Perentesis, who just had his birthday, was recently interviewed by SK-Gaming. In it, they speak of WCG mostly, but also BlizzCon and the love for the game. Testie says that the Koreans look as they had not practiced for WCG at all except their own prelims.

He is undoubtedly one of the most known players in the world. Known for his sharp tongue but most all his skills and achievements in StarCraft, Testie is one of the hottest players right now. He is still the GosuGamers King of the Hill, he reached the playoffs in WCG Singapore and is one of the most important players in his clan Templars of Twilight.

Testie: "Non-Koreans aren't catching up"

The interview, which is the second of American players over at SK-Gaming.com, is mostly circled around the World Cyber Games and Testie's experience. About the recent WCG, in Singapore, Testie points out that the Koreans looked as they did not practice any at all, except for their own preliminary. He does not think that the results from WCG shows that non-Koreans are catching up. "I think that ForU and Xellos having such an easy time last year (if you look at their games it was very easy) is the reason, not that non-Koreans are catching up." He further say that there is only a handful of players that can compete with the Koreans - the rest are "dead weight comparatively."

About BlizzCon: "I got fairly manhandled."

Apart from World Cyber Games, Testie has taken part in another prestigious offline event this year - BlizzCon. Another tournament that was dominated by the Korean players (all four Koreans ended Top 4), and Testie says that he and his friend Mondragon choked when playing them, their build orders did not work at all. "Regardless, had we been playing right anyway, the progamers are monstrously good players whom I have the utmost respect for." he says, and also adds that they are pretty normal guys. Even if he did not reach that far, he was still satisfied that he beat Assem, after losing to him in Team Liquid Tour #2.

About Strafe: "I have never liked his personality"

The clan Templars of Twilight has been in the crossfire a bit recently, especially in the ESL StarCraft Clanleague. One particular happening was in the clanwar against oGaming. There, players from both teams acted bad, and Testie was very frustrated that they acted like they did. In the interview, he openly explains how he dislikes his clan member Strafe. "I have never liked his personality, or his attitude." he says, and further says that "He brought nothing to the team except an a****le who liked to attempt to start s**t to entertain himself."

This, and a lot more, such as progaming offers from Egosys POS and his girlfriend going crazy over NaDa and Yellow, can be read in yet another solid interview at the growing StarCraft news site SK-Gaming.com
