During December GosuGamers will host a number of tournaments where the two players playing the final of each one is invited to a final tournament that will take place in early 2006.



There will be no less than seven public and one invite tournaments. The format of each tournament may vary a little, but you will have the chance to participate in all of them (well, maybe not the special invite tournament, but in each public one, and unless you are already) so you will have just the same chance as others to qualify for the final tournament.

Rush HourFor those of you who are good at math it’s probably already clear, but I’ll make sure to clarify it anyway. The final tournament that will take part in the beginning of 2006 (we haven’t decided on a date yet, but we would prefer to have it already during week 1) will have 16 participants - two from each of the eight tournaments.

The map pool we have decided to use for this Christmas special can be seen to the right of this news post. Lost Temple, Gaema Gowon, Gaia, Hall of Valhalla, Luna, Namja Iyagi, Blade Storm and Rush Hour. That’s for a start at least, but we can’t promise there will be no changes. Time will tell.

Make sure to keep your eyes open for tournaments, as they can pop up every now and then. We would like as many as possible to sing up and participate. Good luck to everyone!
