The group stage for GosuGamers Nordic League ended two weeks ago, and now we are finally done with the group results. It was a difficult task, since there were so many walkovers. Next stage will be the playoffs.
The Group Stage for GosuGamers Nordic League was nothing we would like to mention once more, since it was filled with walkovers, draws and players not showing up. This we will of course take with us to the next event and/or league for us to improve. Having a group stage like this simply does not work, since people do not show up on time and it is difficult to keep track of every player and of his walkovers and such. Never mind that now, and focus on what is ahead of us, and not behind.

The Top 4 players, where in some of the groups based on least walkovers and the benefits of winning against a certain player, will advance to the playoff stage, which is a 16 man Double Elimination tournament with best of three in Winner Bracket and best of one in Loser Bracket. In the semi-finals a best of five will be played and the Grand Final will be played best of seven.
Rules and format
- 16 man tournament (Top 4 from every group)
- Winner Bracket is played best of three and Loser Bracket best of one
- Semifinals are played best of five
- Grand final is played best of seven
- BWScanner is mandatory
