After 7 weeks of hard gaming for most of the gamers on Pro Gamers Tour, so far 2 new players have reached the Ultimate rank for a total of 3 players with +16000 ladder points. But soon there will be room for new players to reach the Ultimate rank as Season 3 starts on April 30th 2005, this means that the 29th is the last day to play in Season 2. A week from the new season, PGTour has released a list of their Season 3 maps.

As you can see, many of these maps are taken from the Pro-Leagues that are in Korea, with the exceptions of the "Other maps" and the 2005 WCG StarCraft Maps. There will be a total of 12 maps in Season 3 rather than the 16 that are listed there because 2 maps are repeated twice.
Being the International League that it is, there will be a new line of qualifiers this Season, with 32 Korean players and 32 Non-Korean players. This somewhat controversial decision came with a load of comments and was discussed a lot by the players on the PGTour ladder. With this new representation of players in the qualifiers for Season 2, hopefully more Non-Koreans will get a chance at the top. Since the first ISL had 2 Non-Koreans in the top 3, most likely more will prove themselves when the time comes. So to end off that news, here is a list of the Top Ten NON-KOREANS.

With only one week of Season 2 on PGTour left, news and updates of Season 3 are beginning to surface and the players have to fight harder than ever to get a qualifiying spot for the International StarCraft League.
