After showing good results in the last WGT season, beeing ranked 5th with 6538 points and beeing in top#20 on current Team Liquid Tour with 81 wins, 48 loss and 4294 points, he is on of the best non korean zerg players with no doubt. We are talking about iD.23 aka iD.Anon, now using the ID ToT)anon( .
""Today is the day that the greatest Lithuanian Starcraft player has decided to join our lovely team" wrote Twisted over at Templars of Twilight. "He has been wanting to join us for a long time, but he didn't want to leave iD because they were very good to them." he reveals about the great Lithuanian player that have given his country a face in StarCraft.
Loves basketball
Apart from StarCraft iD.Anon whose name is Arvydas Bagdonas, loves basketball. An Anon-trivia is that his nickname iD.23 comes from his favourite player Michael Jordan. He is 19 years old and lives in Siauliai.
As you can see another high-skilled addition to the already best non-korean clan in the world. GosuGamers just grabbed anon to ask him some questions about the joining of ToT and his future goals.
First of all, please introduce yourself; name, age, B.Net ID, and former clans.
- My name is Arvydas Bagdonas, I am 19 years old in and live in Lithuania, Siauliai. I will be using ToT)anon( as my ID now and my former clan on Europe was Internatioal Division (Team.iD)
Have you been intending to join ToT for a long time, or did you decide very spontaneous to join them?
- Hmm... I wanted to join ToT since Erwin (Twisted) and Jamie (Midian) left from iD, but I wasn't invited. After that I finally got invited, but I had some personal reasons why I didn't wanted to leave iD.
What did iD. clan say, after they knew that you will leave them for joining ToT?
- Some members were mad, some disappointed, some said some not nice words to me and other just wished me good luck.
What are your goals for the year 2005 in broodwar ? WCG coming, many online tournaments are going on currently and coming soon. Do you have any aims you want to achieve ?
- Yea definitely I want to win WCG in Baltic countries and finally play Grand Finals in WCG. I will practice hard for it after my exams, but the thing I am afraid of is that organisation of WCG won't be great.
What do you think are your hardest opponents in this year WCG 2005 at the Baltic countries? Any player you fear most?
- Well I don't fear anyone, just maps aren't too good for zerg. I am afraid to lose on some specific maps and I am afraid to lose against some chobo player. But anyway there are 6-8 decent/good players in the Baltic countries: Maniak, MgZ)InTerra from Lithuania some Estonians Ron_ee, Frez_ee and Latvians: striker, and Tray. Most of them aren't known but they are good or atleast they used to be good. I don't keep contact with any of them.
GosuGamers whishes you good luck for the year 2005 and good luck to ToT. Thanks for your time!
- Thank You !
