Now, they invited 20 foreigners ranked from the last season to fill in the 13 player that originally were meant to come to the league from the last season. As this is the first season, there were no such players.
The rules and details on how the league is supposed to be played contains a hole for the first season;
GosuGamers asked Pat of PGTour earlier about how they were to fill those seats and here is the answer. "We thought that it would be nice to give a second chance to non Koreans top players from Season one." says Pat over at PGTour. These players below will be contacted, and the highest ranked 13 players who say yes will get invited to the last stage of ISL.

To get a more varied nationality in the PGTour ISL, after the Korean domination in the qualifier, PGTour will now invite the 20 non-koreans from the last season ladder. 13 of these will get to play in the ISL, as the league needed 13 players from the last season.
