In the PGTour forums Computer posted a thread about this. The text in the box should say "Visit www.battle.net/email-address for more information.". The word "information" is not spelled correctly though.
One can wonder if Blizzard actually care about this and will come with an update. If they will, how will that update be? Do they have to make a whole new patch for that? Time will tell.

After releasing the 1.12 patch the feature to register Battle.net accounts together with an E-mail address was introduced. Although, if you check what the text says, you will notice a quite funny spelling.
