Uzbekistan is surely not a country which is very known for its big Broodwar comunity and activity, but nevertheless there are LAN-tournaments held with the present of Broodwar as a game. Let's have a closer look at the results and details.



Tashkent is the capitol of Uzbekistan, a country located below Kazakhstan and above Afghanistan several hundreds kilometres western of the Republic of China. Tashkent has about ~ 2.1 million citizens and was place of a LAN tournament held in Tashkent - FreeConnect internet cafe on Friday, 12th of August. Many players like Maska[SomE] and coldhands[a2] showed up to fight for the win. Overdrive[a2] who is winner of the WCG 2005 in Uzbekistan was missing and two of the WCG 2005 prize winners - KcL.XaH and KcL.Mortar - were eliminated long before the final. Main organizer of this LAN tournament was TraToss[s2]. Actually we don't have any information about the prize money which was given, but here are the six persons who achieved prizes :
