The tournament was set to start at 3 pm EST in the Europe server. 13 out of 24 players did not show up to the event yesterday. Meaning, a ton of walkovers took place. In the first round alone there were 7 walkovers and 3 match series where neither player showed up.

In the third round the match style switched from best of 3 to best of 5. This is where things were to get really interesting as there are to be no more walkovers. The winners of the matches will be considered as finalist. The finalist will than do a sort of round robin group stage to see who will play for the top prize.

The old show match exhibitional league now hosting both show matches and tournaments is in the midst of finishing an eventful tournament. The event was not a total success since some players did not bother to show up, but have no doubt the tournament did have its ups.
