Daniel 'SuperDanielMan' Lee says "still status quo"
The news is that there is still no news - as was reported recently through two Twitter-messages sent by Daniel 'SuperDanielMan' Lee (co-commentator with Nick 'Tasteless' Plott on GomTV), KeSPA has denounced the Korean tv-channel GomTV. Effectively, this means that the station is no longer sanctioned by the Korean eSports Association - prohibiting them from featuring any professional Korean Starcraft players on their shows. A few moments ago, a new Twitter-message was sent by the same man, saying very little.
However, the only real thing that the outside world really knows is that nothing is certain or decided. On his latest episode of the Weekly News (see link below), Dan 'Artosis' Stemkoski comments upon the spectacle and tells us not to worry - the demand and necessary talent are there, and more than likely "there will be Starcraft broadcast from Korea with Tasteless" sometime in the future.
In these changing times, where the trade organization of Korean eSports reprimands their domestic tv-channels for striking direct sponsorship deals with Blizzard, the truth is very much out there. Somewhere. Until we know more, the best recommendation is to follow SuperDanielMan on Twitter (see link below) and to check out the latest episode of Artosis' show.
