[Update]

As it turns out Iloveoov denied the speculation of him enlisting for the army, at least for now. The option for Boxer to join the coaching staff of SKTelecom T1 is still viable though. We'll keep you informed if any new related information comes along.

[End of Update]

There's strong, there's army strong, then there's Chuck Norris and then Iloveoov. It looks like one of the greatest StarCraft player Choi "Iloveoov" Yeon-Sung decided to brush up on his tank driving skills and join the armed forces of Korea. Obviously, we wish him all the best, but, this move leaves an open coaching spot in SKT1 roster...for Slayers Boxer to fill.

Iloveoov is clearly a StarCraft legend. Debuting in early 2003 he easily became an Ace on his team, 4 time SPL champion as a player, once more as a coach. After The Emperor enlisted into the Armed Forces, Oov, his training partner, found himself in a slump and joined the teams' coaching staff. Along with three other coaches and a great roster of players they finally won the Pro League this year.

Rumors have been going around Korea about Boxer finally making a professional comeback after his youthful haircut and more than decent performance on E-Stars Seoul 2009. Even more talk was behind him participating in StarCraft II Beta and, as the game comes out - professional stage.

It looks like now there's a third offer on the table - coaching job. Whether or not Boxer will take the position is unknown, it's clear, however, that the option includes him being an active playing coach, if he wishes.

One thing is clear, no matter which direction the 29-year old Lim Yo-Hwan choses to proceed his gaming career, we will be watching. Whether he will be behind the keyboard, playing StarCraft II or SCBW, or wearing a suit reading Bisu the "Rape Jaedong for Dummies" book, there can and always will be only one Terran Emperor, - he is StarCraft.
