PGTour is probably the most popular ladder out there at the moment and is now mid-way through their first season. It has over 30000 accounts and close to 180000 games played and is still growing.
PGTour is now in its' 5th week of its first Ladder Season. The ladder started on December 31st and will end on February 25th at 11pm. Once the first season ends PGTour will start it's first ever International StarCraft League (ISL), where only the top 96 ranked players will be invited to the ISL Qualifiers.

The top 10 places are dominated by Korean players, and even among the top 100, a large percentage are Korean; only 26 non-Korean players (not including players with no flags). Some of these 26 players are very familiar to us, such as Testie, Mondragon, and well Xiaozi. Actually 5 of the 26 are ToT members.
Whats New
The site has grown a lot and now has support forums for 3 different languages, Spanish, Romanian, and Korean. There are also tournaments on the weekends where players of the same rank can compete to win a prize of 400 ladder points. This has helped many winners of these tournaments to advance from their old letter ranks to a new one. The MOTW has also helped other maps to get exposure to the community with some maps that weren't played that much before becoming more common. However Lost Temple still reigns supreme with 63% usage. They are also looking for more admins to help them out in the ladder and duties.
PGTour is a site for sore eyes, but could the new v1.12 patch bring new competition? The level of competition on PGTour thus far is very good, even Testie could not get away with playing on the ladder without at least 1 loss. The level of skill is fairly high, so if you want a test of your skill PGTour should be the place to go.
