WCG Europe has recently posted the countries that will be invited to the Euro Championships held from March 10th to the 13th in Hannover, Germany.
The list of countries in alphabetical order are:
All these countries participated in the 2004 WCG games in San Fransico so most likely the players going will be the national winners of those countries. However, this may change according to the event organizers. With only one slot for each country in each game this leaves only 12 players:

A total of 30 countries are participating in the WCG 2005 Samsung Euro Championships! There will only be one slot for each game meaning only the top one from StarCraft will be invited, and not everyone as previously assumed.

France, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania,
Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia & Montenegro, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK,
Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
