Check out the first Super Week of the LCS Spring Split, which starts later today.

The League of Legends 2024 Season is in full swing with the first Super Week of the LCS Spring Split. While it essentially adds an extra round of games for fans to enjoy, it also adds a layer of uncertainty as it will help determine what happens at the end of the group stage. With just six weeks for the LCS Spring Split, this will be the first of two Super Weeks before it moves to the playoffs.

And so far, the likes of Cloud9, NRG, and FlyQuest currently share the spoils for first place, followed by 100 Thieves and Team Liquid in the middle of the pack. Lastly, there's Dignitas, Immortals, and newcomers Shopify Rebellion that make up the current standings. The games to come from later today until Sunday will put some in a good place for the playoffs while others may not make it to the end of the road.

Last Summer's champions, NRG have been able to keep up with the rest of the leading pack with C9 being one of the usual suspects. But FlyQuest's addition into the three-way tie seems to be a recurrence of last Spring's dominant showing, which saw them clinch a third-place finish in the end. If they can keep up this pace for the next few weeks, this will add even more confidence to an already proven roster.

SR at the other end of the table have been somewhat disappointing, but with a few bright spots that could always be built upon. The team is currently 1-3 and tied dead-last. Despite some major revamps into the line-up, they have yet to get things going when needed to. But the sole victory it claimed was at the expense of C9, the six-time LCS champions. That is by no means an easy feat so it is something that SR should love to create more of.
