Patch 4.6 notes revealed. Saintvicious with a rundown.

Today Riot revealed the changes for the incoming patch 4.6. The ex jungler and support of team Curse - Saintvicious released his rundown analysis as covering the patch changes.
Patch 4.6 will be introduced soon to the live servers of League of Legends in all regions. Unlike the previous patch, 4.6 does not include so many changes, especially meta shifting ones. Champions like Kassadin, Gragas and Rengar, which were recently reworked are being slightly tuned, in order to polish their role in the current meta.
Riot are also noticing the issues with the lack of diversity in the top lane. They are planning to expand the viable champion pool for the top lane by buffing champions such as Jarvan IV, Malphite, Rumble. However for now only Rumble's changes are presented.
Some of the major changes are as follows:
Kassadin:
- Movement speed and mana per level gain increased.
- Q - Null Sphere - Magic Shield 40/70/100/130/160 (+0.3 ability power) ⇒ 40/80/120/160/200 (+0.8 ability power)
- W - Nether Blade Active damage 40/65/90/115/140 (+0.6 ability power) ⇒ 40/75/110/145/180 (+0.7 ability power)
Rengar:
- Q - Savagery Attack animation speed Increased by 40%. Bonus damage 20/40/60/80/100 ⇒ 30/60/90/120/150
- Q - Empowered Savagery Attack animation speed Increased by 40%. Bonus damage 20-235 by champion level ⇒ 30-240 by champion level
Rumble:
- W - Scrap Shield Danger Zone shield bonus 25% ⇒ 50%. Danger Zone movement speed bonus 25% ⇒ 50%
- E - Electro Harpoon Danger Zone damage bonus 25% ⇒ 50%. Danger Zone slow bonus 25% ⇒ 50%
In addition the Wriggle's Lantern is getting nerfed. Total cost 1650 gold ⇒ 1800 gold. Feral Flare transform 25 large monster kills ⇒ 30 large monster kills.
Last but not least, Riot are slightly nerfing the Summoner Heal spell. Multi-heal debuff: Heal is 50% less effective on allies previously Healed within the past 35 seconds. This debuff only applies when an ally has been healed by the Summoner Spell Heal.

Saintvicious, the ex jungler and support player of Team Curse, released his traditional rundown video in which he explains the changes from a pro-player point of view, as well as gives his predictions how those changes will affect the current meta.
First of all, according to Saint, after Aatrox bug is fixed and he is allowed again in competitive play, he will become a popular jungler especially with the new Wriggle's Lantern.Gragas and Kassadin are going to be more viable in competitive play after their slight buffs, but are still not going to be top tier mid lane champions. According to Saint, Rumble's changes will have the strongest effect on the current meta. After the tweaks to his kit, skilled Rumble players will be able to easily fit into the current meta.
The Wriggle's Lantern nerf will affect mostly solo queue, while pro-players will still use it in competitive play, even though it will take longer time to stack it to maximum, which on itself reduces the team play element of the game and the amount of time junglers will spend ganking lanes. The player also comments on the Summoner Heal nerf. The spell nerf is likely to result in teams avoiding to stack Heals in their team composition, especially in the bottom lane where it was common for both support and AD Carry players to pick up heal. It is likely that it one of the players will be picking exhaust instead.
