A few SEA teams struggle to secure wins from their early leads, and got punished with losses.

The game started with a lane swap by TPS, not allowing QTV to farm up and possibly carry his team. It was then followed by a 3-man dive onto him in the top lane. Fortunately for the Vietnamese top laner, he survived the onslaught. Because of that, SAJ managed to get both bottom tower and dragon, securing an early lead. That was lost, however, when they converged and tried to take down mid. Not only did TPS managed to defend the turret, but they secured a much better start to the mid game as all of them were ahead in cs.

The rest of the game was all about Zonda splitpushing as TPS constantly outmaneuvered SAJ around the map. A great teamfight around top resulted in a 4-2 trade in favor of TPS, and while the transistion to baron was risky, it paid off in the end as GodJJ snowballed hard with his Sivir getting kills. A poor teamfight at mid set TPS back a few minutes, but a 2nd baron and a 4-1 fight afterwards secured the Snipers the win.

SF5 had a very strong lead at the start. Once again, NFL did a role swap, this time between Mew and Violet, which proved ineffective as all the lanes were still struggling. With strong ganks and lane control, SF5 looked poised to take this game. However, a series of unfortunate teamfights caused the Fantastic Five to lose all control of the match, getting Full Louis back into the game.

From then on, it was a game of throws, as both teams were making crucial mistakes. For NFL, one of the biggest was at baron pit, where a mistimed smite allowed Gony on his Lee Sin to steal away the baron, putting NFL on the back foot once more. Then SF5 messed it up again when they were sieging top lane, coordinating very poorly. Finally, NFL made the final throw with a terrible teamfight as well, and this time the death timers were long enough for NIXWATER and his crew to take out the Nexus.

As their previous game, YFW had a good lead at the beginning. Mountain was able to make better plays then DDan, and Steak once more dominating the top lane. REFRAIN was able to prevent Chawy from roaming early with his Yasuo, bullying her constantly out of lane and forcing DDan on Pantheon to respond and relieve pressure. The most even matchup was at bot, where Harleluyar prevented the Varus/Leona combo from dealing too much damage with his solid Thresh play.

However, similar to their previous game, the Flashwolves couldn't turn their early game leads into anything else. And this is where SGS stepped in. With a ton of peel and disables, Chawy quickly grabbed kill after kill, bouncing back hard from a gold deficit earlier. With good mandrops form DDan, BenW and Kryonics got stronger with every teamfight as well, as YFW was slowly having a increasingly hard choice on who to focus. Eventually, SGS completely took over the game and defeated YFW in strong fashion.
