In a surprising upset, the supposed European "superteam" fails to win their first two games of the season.

FNC vs. [A]

To kick off the second half of tonight's games, Alliance were able to establish a commanding league in objectives, but not before waiting through a very slow start, with very little action happening in the first twenty minutes.  Both teams were close in multiple categories, each found their niche.  Fnatic were able to slightly lead and win teamfights but Alliance were putting more tower pressure out on the map.

As the game proceeded onwards, Fnatic swung Alliance's niche this game into their favor by rushing down the top lane inhibitor.  Fnatic were able to keep the map pressure up since Alliance did not utilize their toolset to split push lanes that have built up a massive wave. Until 33 minutes in, Alliance were still able to hold onto a gold lead.  While Alliance almost utilized that to pull a win, Fnatic were able to execute a game-winning baron steal, which would be exactly what they needed to shove down mid and close out the game.

GMB vs. CHW

Gambit's creativity kicked off in this game with Edward's Kennen support and Darien bringing out his Warwick top once again. In an early 2v2 jungle and mid encounter, cowTard managed to get a very early first blood just a split second before Alex Ich could manage to grab it. Copenhagen Wolves initially had a lead, but Gambit Gaming quickly turned it around grabbed a substantial lead.

Due to cowTard's squishy pick, Gambit Gaming were able to abuse it and take advantage of it with a pick of Kha'Zix mid and the control of Diamondprox on Lee Sin.  Together, the duo pummeled cowTard's Zyra into a feeding position, which relieved lots of pressure on the map and allowed for Darien to roam and even Edward's support Kennen to get a significant amount of gold.  In an unclose final brawl, Gambit Gaming destroyed Copenhagen Wolves.

SK vs. [M]

SK Gaming's new roster would debut it's LCS performance against the old roster of ALTERNATE, masked as Millenium.  In the early laning phase, Kevin had the pleasure of pummeling his old team's top lane in farm. With constant action back and forth, Millenium seemed to come out on top of practically every exchange.  In an extremely long fight mid lane at around 18 minutes, Millenium's poking potential became apparent as they were able to shove SK Gaming out of lane.

Despite the massive deficit, SK Gaming were still able to be triumphant in some teamfights, though they were simply stalling the inevitable with the lack of pressure they could apply.  Fourty minutes in, Millenium had an impressive 16,000 gold lead, so SK had to simply wave clear in the base. Though SK did a fantastic job at turtling, it wasn't enough, and Millenium were able to crush through the opposition.
