After a year of ups and downs, CompLexity Gaming releases their League of Legends squad and hope to find another.
CompLexity Gaming competed in the 2013 Spring Split of the North American LCS, but came in last. From there, the team acquired key members Neil "PR0LLY" Hammad for marksman and then mid lane and Patrick "MegaZero" Glinsman in the top lane. Their performance in the Challenger scene peaked near the end of Season Three, but then jungler Tyler "Lautemortis" Nicholls had to leave the team for family reasons, and their play began to flag.
After that, PR0LLY also left the team, and the two were replaced unofficially by Andy "Ninjaken" Nong of solo queue Nocturne fame in the jungle and Justin "Jintae" Dinh, a major sub for Team Coast, in the mid lane. The team failed to reach the same heights again in the Challenger scene, however.
It seems the players of CompLexity felt discouraged by the decline in results, as the main roster decided to disband, despite continued support from the organization. MegaZero and the team's bottom lane, Samuel "Chuuper" Chu and Abe "MEyeA" Nguyen have been released from CompLexity Gaming. According to the announcement, CoL will continue to search for a League of Legends team.
