? Though individually the players were skilled, Velocity hit some rough patches they are looking to fix for Season 4. ?

As stated recently on the League of Legends subreddit, Ecco has decided to depart Velocity immediately after the Season 3 group stage, where the team suffered a very negative win/loss ratio.  This is not the midlaner's first confrontation with failure, as MRN was knocked out in relegations after they failed to stay in after the Spring Split.

Velocity were able to make it into the summer split after losing Pr0lly, the current mid-laner for previous LCS contestant Complexity Gaming, so their confrontation with hardships comes with some experienced scars.  This decision has resulted in a controversial but logical decision for Velocity.

The previous marksman, 'frommaplestreet' will be switching to the mid-lane where the team's manager feels he will be more self-sufficient.  Replacing him to join Evaniskus in the bottom lane will be Slackoh, a popular streamer who also played on Team Summon, a team which failed to find its way into Season 3's Summer Split of the LCS.

The current roster is as follows:

Cris - Top
NK Inc - Jungle
frommaplestreet - Mid
Slackoh - ADC
Evaniskus - Support
