NA LCS Week 2: Stats & Fun Facts

KDA & Farm Awards

Two players have been interchanged from last week's North American stats, and those are within the most deaths and most assists category. Innox has been replaced with Krepo, who has suffered 24 deaths so far while LemonNation has been replaced by KiWiKiD.  Despite his questionable top lane performance last week, he has proven his strength in the support role with 69 assists for his team. 

The stagnating categories here are Most Kills and Most Farm. Sneaky remains the highest farming player, albeit averaging a slightly lower CS score by about five.  Bjergsen, however, has been riding his hype train and it is not stopping anytime soon. Bjergsen leads the NA LCS with the most kills totaling at 46 right now.

Again, we have quite a few changes; this time, to top lane, middle, and support as well as a shift in the highest KDA overall. Firstly, Dyrus has replaced Balls in KDA this week.  Even though Balls pulled out his signature Rumble, Dyrus put up an excellent performance this week, topping the charts for NA top laners. The other was KiWiKiD, taking Xpecial's spot away from him this week.

After Shiphtur was demolished by Bjergsen in the middle lane this weekend in the Team Solomid vs. Coast matchup, Bjergsen has pulled ahead in KDA, while knocking Shiphtur's KDA down from 13.5 to 4.13.  Since Bjergsen's is at 6.3, this means that all other roles surpassed him, with the highest being Meteos and Cop at a KDA of 8.

?TEAM KDA

Team Solomid, Team Dignitas, and Curse saw pretty substantial climbs in team KDA while Counter Logic Gaming saw the biggest drop.  A testament to Dignitas' improved team play is their vastly increased assist score of 253, the second highest at 221 and then 182 after that, held by Team Solomid and Cloud 9 respectively.  Evil Geniuses narrowly "outfeeds" XDG with a death count of 97 to 96.  

Dignitas also is now second in kills next to Team Solomid, who towers above the rest with their bloodshed, measuring out to 112 kills.

Most Contested

The most contested champions were slightly less varied in comparison to their European counterparts.  Elise, Kassadin, Annie, and Thresh still reigned as top four on the charts, with only Thresh and Annie switching spots.  Just like in Europe, however, the nerfs meant we saw less Shyvana play than in the previous week. Though not much has changed at the high end, in the bottom end of the spectrum we're seeing play from a broader range of champions like Trundle, Ezreal, Wukong, Karthus, and Sivir.

• Kassadin and Elise both have 100% pick and ban rates, Kassadin with more bans and Elise with more picks.
• Fiddlesticks is the only champion with an "infinite" KDA in North America.
• North America has 12 champions without losses. 8 of them were played once,
  • The 4 played multiple times were Renekton, Draven, Leblanc, and Karthus.
• Jinx is the kill queen in both Europe and North Amerca, with 53 kills in North America.
• Thresh and Annie are the only two champions with over 100 assists -- Thresh with 164 and Annie with 108.
• Omitting Fiddle, Renekton has the highest KDA among all champions while also maintaining a 100% win rate.
• Like Europe, North America's main ADCs of choice are Caitlyn, Lucian, and Jinx.
• Also like Europe, Lucian is the only one of the three with a negative win / loss ratio.
• While Teemo tops CS charts for champions, he was only played once. Sivir unsurprisingly takes top CS for champions played more than once at 320.
• North America has 52 unique champions played; Europe has 50.
• Bjergsen leads NA LCS with 46 kills,  6 more than Rekkles in the EU LCS.
• North America and Europe have massive farm variance.  Europe doesn't have any teams with under 1,000 farm, while North America has 7.
