A monumental change in Thailand happened today with Emperor and NoVa teaming up together in iMpunity.Storm to attempt a great run into the new G-League cycle. iMpunity.Fire is the victim of this transaction, as it ceases to exist for now. About two months ago the two NA/EU veterans of the HoN circuit NoVa and Emperor packed their bags and left their regular life behind to pursuit a competitive future in Thailand. The first plan was the German and American cast their own teams and try to lead them to success. It looked like that project under the iMpunity banner was promising at first with both teams cruising through the Upper Bracket of the HoN Tour qualifier without any obstacles that hindered them on achieving G-League status right off the bat. Unfortunately the success faded away rather quickly once the G-League cycle started. While iMpunity.Storm was in the playoff race only to fall out eventually due to a rough stretch in the middle of the season, iMpunity.Fire never really got off the ground and failed to even reach ten points. That bad result brought them down and ultimately got them demoted back to D1 alongside Guilty Crown, The Star Boy Band and Who We Are. Both operations could have been more successful, but now a new chapter starts for iMpunity.Storm with the additions of Emperor and Frexxer. In the complexion of the team, Emperor will take over the ganking position and Frexxer will most likely man the suicide lane as the permanent replacement for XerOphite, who left the team two weeks ago. The other departure is coming from Warnuts, who makes the place free for Emperor to be a part of Storm. NoVa will remain the captain, drafter and support player of the team, Zendorphin will continue to play the carry spot, BassStomp will retain his place in the jungle and the other two players will fit right into their position to fill all the voids in the formation. Standing there without any teams are the four outcasts of the former iMpunity.Fire roster in Arctrice, ForceFury, SoniceFlare and Monolyth, who have to look for new teams now. Source: Facebook.com
