Xul seems really good. Sure, most people say that about all new heroes, but I think Li-Ming has set a precedent Xul just had to follow.

The Xul hype is real, even Blizzard feels it:


Even pro players seem to be excited about the newest specialist. His abilities seem designed for competitive play:

Walls that control space? Attack Speed reduction? A level 20 talent that makes heals 75% less effective à la World of Warcraft's Mortal Strike? On top of all of this, Xul has incredible wave clear that passively pushes the lane VIA his raised skeletons. 

SolidJake seems correct in his prediction, Xul is a game changer. In addition to this inclusion, the Nova buffs and Rehgar nerfs that Blizzard announced earlier in the week have gone live. The Rehgar nerfs are pretty big, and may be the final touch needed to put Rehgar into a less overpowered state while still being a strong pick. As for Nova? It probably won't change much, but it's an undeniable buff.
