Halloween is visiting the Nexus, delivering more XP, shop additions and a new Event Quest.
Halloween is coming up again! While this holiday is not celebrated all over the world, Blizzard is allowing everyone to feel the vibe in Heroes of the Storm. Starting next week, the Nexus will be experiencing the influences from the Hallow's End event.
For starters, both the Headless Horseman's Charger and the Buccaneer Falstad will make their entrance to the shop. Both these skins were teased a while ago, and will be popular for good reason:
Secondly, we will be getting a Week-long Bonus XP Event from 10:00 AM PDT on October 27 till 10:00 AM PST on November 3. Any experience that is gained during that period will be multiplied by 1.5x, thus providing a 50% increase in the speed that you will level. For users that have stimpacks during that period of time, this effect will not multiply the bonus XP given from your stimpack. This multiplier will not affect gold or ranking points.
Thirdly, a unique Portrait will be unlockable until November 17 by playing 25 games during the event. Event progress will be tracked similarly to the Treasure Goblin event, through the quest log.
Finally, the shop will also be updated with two new bundles that fit nicely with the Halloween theme:
The Hallow's End Ultimate Bundle, which will cost $53.04 USD, will feature the following:
- Kerrigan
- Countess Kerrigan Skin
- Abathur
- Skelethur Abathur Skin
- Falstad
- Buccaneer Falstad Skin
- Headless Horseman's Charger Mount
The Hallow's End Bundle, arriving at a price of $21.35 USD, will contain:
