Blizzard's "Brawl with the Blues" series will continue at 11 a.m. PST on Wednesday, September 9th, featuring Rexxar with his companion Misha. Join the community in the welcoming the first ranged warrior.

Beginning at 11 a.m. PST Wednesday, September 9th, Blizzard’s official Heroes of the Storm stream, twitch.tv/blizzheroes, is showing off the new ranged warrior Rexxar with his faithful pet Misha in its classic Brawl with the Blues series. This week features Trikslyr and Spyrian joined by well-known community members: CauthonLuck, MFPallytime, coL Blinks and Lowko.

Games will occur between the community members with Trikslyr and Spyrian will answer questions through social media. Later custom games will be played with viewers in the “brawl” chat lobby in game.

Rexxar will provide some chaos to the current meta as he is the first hybrid warrior seen with ranged features. His abilities as seen in the latest Hero Spotlight:

Rexxar seems to have exceptional skirmish control and sustain through a fine mix of offensive and defensive abilities. Misha has intuitive controls through the trait Misha, Follow! and Misha, Charge!. With the rise of a bruiser meta coming out of PAX’s MSI MGA tournament, Rexxar will definitely be a contested pick.  

A strong crowd control team could greatly capitalize on the area of effect slows and stuns both Unleash the Boar and Misha provide respectively. A team composition featuring Jaina and Johanna seem to be great both in small, mid-game skirmishes, but later game when you catch the other team off-guard in a Condemn or Blessed Shield.
