No restrictions on LilI or Anub'arak will be enforced either, thanks to a recent hotfix.

Now that the patch has been out for long enough to assured the balance and glitch free existance of Kael'thas, he will now be permitted in all Enter the Storm tournaments.

Any restrictions on LiLi or Anub'arak (due to the Web Blast glitch) have been lifted as well, due to a hotfix by Blizzard.
