The second Enter the Storm cup is about to roll out. The first qualifiers take place April 25-26 with registrations already being live. To sweeten the pitch, Alienware also added five X51 computers for the winning team.
Enter the Storm Cup #2 will be bigger, with more prizes, and a lot more qualifiers. To find the remaining 12 teams to play in the finals. The tournament format can be found below.
Cup #2 format
- 12 qualifiers
- the winner of each qualifies for the finals
- each qualifier lasts on day
- two qualifiers per weekend, one per Saturday and one per Sunday
- first two qualifiers take place April 25 and 26
- The top four of Cup #1 are invited straight to the main event
- All together, 16 teams will compete for prizes and a spot in Cup #3

Cup #2 prizes
1st - $3,000 + 5x Alienware X51
2nd - $1,500

The Finals will be played June 6 to 7 and the top eight will be invited directly into next Enter the Storm cup main event. New for this cup is of course the extra prizes added by Alienware as they will be providing 5 Alienware X51's for the winning team, essentially doubling the value of the winning teams take away. Our next cups prize pool will be even bigger, which adds even more incentive to place well during Cup #2.
