Heroes HotFix Patch Notes -- May 18, 2015
After a week of fervent internet outrage (read: mild complaining), Blizzard has addressed some nagging issues with Heroes of the Storm. LiLi has been downgraded from God-Tier back down to Panda-Tier, an issue causing Murky's egg to explode has sadly been fixed, and Abathur is now playable again. Acceptable. Read the entire fix list from Blizzard here.
The Bright Knight: BloodElf Begins
Kael'Thas had a rather solid debut in his first week, ranking 12th among all Heroes in Master Leagues with a 61.2% winrate. However, the Blond BloodElf ranks 26th across Bronze Leagues with a 45.1% winrate through 11,383 games, according to HotsLogs.Com. Across all leagues Kael'Thas ranks as the 23rd Hero, with a below average 49.7% winrate after just shy of 85,000 games.
It appears Blizzard may have incorrectly labaled our new golden boy as "Easy", as it appears higher level players are having much greater success with him. It will be interesting to watch this new Hero's winrate as we go forward. Here at Weekly Nexus, we'll just be patiently waiting for the buff to Auto-Select, and for that Pyroblast to finally hit us.

On Our Mini-Map: Tempo Storm HOTS
Traditionally On Our Mini-Map prefers to highlight some of the lesser known teams in Heroes of the Storm, but with this week's news that TempoStorm HOTS is looking to fill an open roster spot, it is important to look at the position of TempoStorm as of the current GosuGamers Global Rankings.
TempoStorm comes in ranked #4 and riding a six match win streak. During that time they've beaten Zeveron Gaming (Rank #33), ESV Wildfire (Rank #185), COGnitive Gaming (Rank #78), and compLexity Gaming (Rank #48) twice (2-1 each time).
The fact remains that TempoStorm as we currently know them no longer exists, as the next time we see them in the Nexus the roster will be different. Can TempoStorm weather the change or will the roster shake-up send them tumbling down the rankings?
Skins vs Skins: Memorial May Day
This coming Monday is Memorial Day for citizens of the grand ole U.S. of A., and while there is no wrong way to be a patriot, two specific brands of 'Murican flavor battle it out in this weeks Skins vs Skins.
Chef Stitches is on the grill and you're squeezing into your newest Lycra pants and cutting the sleeves off of your t-shirts because you have the right to bare arms. Get your glam on by the grill as you grub down some bodacious burgers to the tune of Bowie's Rebel Rebel.
But if charcoal smoke and men wearing eyeliner isn't your thing, thats just darn fine with us too. Freedom isn't free, it costs Heroes like you and me, and if you don't blow cores up, who will? Be proud to be a Nexurian with Country E.T.C. and pay homage to the veterans by bombarding freedom all over your enemies with Sgt. Hammerica.
The choice is yours, there is no wrong way to be a patriot in the greatest country on Earth (between Mexico and Canada).

Storm Stream of the Week
We interupt our normally scheduled Storm Stream of the Week highlight to ask for your help. As we develop this segment, it has come to our attention that this spot might be better used to promote from within our growing community. As such, perhaps we don't need to send even more attention to the highest level streamers, even though we enjoy their streams immensely.
While Storm Stream of the Week will continue to cover the best and brightest, this week we are opening up our inbox for your to submit your own favorite streams. If you would like to be featured on Storm Stream of the Week, send an e-mail to [email protected], detailing why you'd be a great fit for this segment on Nexus Weekly.
We believe that there are a lot of great streamers out there who simply can't crack into the limelight. We hope to give those streamers the exposure they deserve. Just because they can't afford viewbots doesn't mean they don't deserve views. Kappa.
