Balance update tomorrow promises major changes to Valla, Artanis, and Falstad

Heroes of the Storm Community Manager, Spyrian announced Wednesday's balance update would include some bug fixes and major changes to several Hero abilities and talents.
This is going to shake things up quite a bit. Here's what we hope and expect:
Greymane saw a few tweaks after his release and has been leaving his mark on the competitive scene ever since. But he’s lacking in talent diversity and we might see some of his other talents receive changes to alleviate that.
Li-Ming has established herself as the strongest mage in the game even after receiving 2 rounds of nerfs and the removal of Ess of Johan. Are more nerfs in store for her this time around and if so will they come in the form of damage reduction or talent tweaks?
Abathur will probably see a nerf to his slowing mines since they are frustrating to play against in the same way Nova used to be.
Zagara has been the standard specialist, it's possible with the rise of Xul she could get some changes such as changes to her mana cost and creep tumors.
Kharazim could finally receive viable options for his trait. Even with the changes to Iron Fist, Transcendence still remains the go-to option. Will we see a bump to Insight and Ironfists this patch? Also, his tier 7 talents may see some changes. Cleanse is a high priority in competitive but Echo of Heaven is really hard to pass up.
Sonya needs to be rebalanced. Even after the nerfs to Focused Attack and Seismic Slam she is still a little too strong.
“Of those listed, Artanis, Falstad, and Valla will receive the largest number of changes.”
Artanis has been needing some love for a while. He’s too weak pre lvl 16 to be considered viable. Here’s hoping that Zealot Charge receives the same treatment Rehgar’s Feral Lunge did and is made baseline.
Falstad is really strong right now. His Mighty Gust is on a 40 second cooldown and he recently saw his Mage build receive damage buffs to Hammerang. The previous changes to Hinterlands Blast were made in an attempt to make the heroic more appealing, but with the longer cooldown it just isn't worth taking over gust.
It’s likely that Mighty Gust will be nerfed with a cooldown increase due to it's utility, play making potential, and how it can drastically alter the course of a teamfight. Some of his generic talents could be eliminated or replaced, and we’re hoping he’ll be able to fly over Abathur’s mines when using Flight without activating them.
Valla will probably see a major rework that reduces her mana cost, and buffs her AA build. It’s also likely that some of her generic talents will be eliminated or redesigned similarly to what they did with Nova’s Ghost Protocol.
"We have some bigger reworks in store for several heroes, such as Tychus and Gazlowe, which will arrive with our next big patch.”
This was Spyrian's response when asked about these two heroes and though we've known about these pending reworks for months it's exciting to now know that the next big patch will include these long-awaited changes.
Wednesday's patch will be released at 10:30 a.m. PST in the Americas Region.
