Another win for Singapore as Teckwei dominates GosuCup #9

Heng “Teckwei” Wei is the ninth champion of GosuCup SEA, defeating numerous high-profile players like Staz and WaningMoon on the road to the $300.
It’s back-to-back championships for the country city of Singapore. Two weeks ago, GosuCup veteran AaronKoh won GosuCup #8 and this weekend it was his fellow countryman Teckwei presiding over the tournament.
For someone who takes Hearthstone more as a hobby rather than anything else, Teckwei’s run through the tournament was particularly dominant. The Singaporean drop just a single game throughout all seven rounds he played and that was against SEA’s best player, Dustin “WaningMoon” Mangulabnan. His record at the end of the day sat at the impressive 14-1.
Teckwei’s opponent in the grand final was another Singaporean player, Liarinjap2 a.k.a. ThePandorica. Their excelleng performance, paired with the top 8 finishes of Soomsboiboi and Aaronkoh bring Singapore back to the top of the nation standings.
