Numericable have announced the return of their Hearthstone Millenium House Cup event next month, with defending champion Amaz returning to defend his crown. Amaz will be joined by his Archon team mate and Hearthstone World Champion Firebat, with three more invitees and three open qualifiers to be decided.

The Millenium House Cup tournament will return for another outing next month, with eight players battle it out for a share of 6000 Euros on December 20 & 21. The previous event this past June was won by Amaz as part of a summer of success for the player which included the IEM Schenzen title and second place at DreamHack Summer. Amaz has struggled to regain that winning form in recent tournaments, and he will return to Marseille looking to get back to winning ways.

Joining Amaz on the journey to France will be his Archon team mate and newly-crowned world champion Firebat. After using his winner's speech to call on tournament organisers to invite him to more events, and previously expressing frustration that he was being overlooked, it appears that triumphing at Blizzcon has made the Michigan native impossible to ignore and his invite to the M-House Cup comes on the heels of his invite to the stacked DreamHack Winter event.

Three other players will be invited to the tournament, though their names have not yet been revealed. The final three spots will be filled through a qualifier bracket open to any player who has achieved the legendary rank - though one of the three spots is reserved for a French player only.
