Yesterday, ESL has announced that both Gnimsh and Artosis will be taking part in their Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft Intel Extreme Masters World Championship in Katowice. The two players will be facing off against the two qualifires, Lothar and SineX in order to take home $4000.
Lothar and SineX, who have overcome thousands of Hearthstone players in order to take part in the contest, have an ever bigger challenge in their way, seeing that Blizzard Innkeeper's Invitational winner Artosis and a loved DogeHouse member Gnimsh will both be there in order to challegne the two qualifires. SineX is known to be one of Germany's best players, seeing that he was one of the very first Closed Beta participants and made some great stratigical plans at the beginning of the game. On the other hand, Lothar, being a veteran in World of Warcraft TCG, has also transitioned in Hearthstone when it came out and made a name for himself, by being on top at the Polish card games for a long time.
Gnimsh and Artosis, both performed very well in the SeatStory Cup, have been invited to the contest in order to be the "Big Names" on the scene. Gnimsh, finishing 2nd in the SeatStory Cup has shown great force by getting all the way to the finals in the SeatStory Cup and beating some of the greatest players such as Trump and Artosis and grabbing $4000. Artosis, though, have shown to be a powerful player by winnning the Blizzard Innkeeper's Invitational, which was the 1st offical Hearthstone cup. By winning the Invitational, Artosis took home with him the title of "Grandmaster of the Hearth".
