Marvel Rivals Season 3 roadmap confirms MCU Fantastic Four skins, summer swimsuit event, and more

Marvel Rivals Season 3 is stacked with new weekly content, including cosmetics and events.
NetEase Games has released a roadmap graphic for Marvel Rivals Season 3, confirming this season’s new events and cosmetics for the first four weeks leading up to Season 3.5. Season 3.5 will introduce a new playable hero in Blade on 8 August, and while the developer isn’t ready to talk about him just yet, we at least know more about what it has planned for players in the weeks ahead.
Here’s the roadmap:
Marvel Rivals Season 3 roadmap detailed
NetEase Games hasn’t released a weekly roadmap for previous Marvel Rivals seasons before, but that’s changing with Season 3. Since Season 3 and future seasons of the game are planned to be shorter eight-week drops of new content, it’s more important than ever that players are able to keep track of everything that is coming on a weekly basis.
To that end, NetEase has confirmed everything players can expect from Marvel Rivals in the weeks of 11 July to 8 August, 2025. Let’s take it week by week, shall we?
11 July to 17 July
It’s safe to say that the first week of Marvel Rivals Season 3, which launches later today, is packed with new content. Players are getting a new playable hero in the Duelist Phoenix, a new light-and-dark-themed seasonal battle pass, and a new event packed with cosmetics called Milano Repair Logs.
In case you missed it, this event will also feature a Symbiote Storm skin–here’s how you can grab it.
18 July to 24 July
This week, players are getting an event that has been teased by NetEase for quite a while. Summer Party is a summer-themed event that adds swimsuit skins for the game’s playable heroes, including Thor, Loki, the Punisher, Luna Snow, and Psylocke.
25 July to 31 July
On the week of 25 July, Marvel Studios’ Fantastic Four will hit theatres worldwide. You really think NetEase is going to let that happen without some kind of in-game collaboration? Unique skins themed after the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Fantastic Four movie are coming to the game for Mister Fantastic, The Invisible Woman, The Thing, and The Human Torch.
Additionally, The Thing and The Human Torch are getting a brand-new Team Up ability. Some are speculating that the ability will involve The Human Torch being able to pick up and carry The Thing while flying, as seen in the movie’s latest trailer.
1 August to 7 August
Two new Phoenix-themed cosmetic bundles will arrive to cap off the first half of Marvel Rivals Season 3. Phoenix Demon will suit Magik up with the Phoenix Force, while Phoenix Panther does the same for Black Panther.
On 8 August, Marvel Rivals Season 3.5 will debut with Blade, and likely kickstart a whole new run of weekly content. We don’t have much information on Marvel Rivals Season 3.5 right now, but we can look forward to the first half of the new season launching later today (11 July, 2025).
