What should you be watching in the Dota 2 scene this week? The ESL One Birmingham 2024 qualifiers will occur throughout the week for seven regions. 

DreamLeague Season 22 closed qualifiers they ended a few days ago, completing the lineup with all teams that will be competing in the league. Although the league has yet to begin, four teams have already found a place in the upcoming ESL One Birmingham 2024 LAN event via EPT Leaderboard. The remaining eight slots for the event will be determined by qualifiers, one for each region except for Western Europe which will be awarded two slots. 

This week the open qualifiers will be taking place, along with the closed qualifiers for several regions.

ESL One Birmingham 2024

Tournament Dates: Apr 22 - 28

ESL One LAN tournament will be hosted in Birmingham in the second part of April. The last time ESL One was in the English city was in 2019 when Team Secret took the championship title, trophy, and lion's share of the $300,000 prize pool after besting Evil Geniuses 3:2 in the grand finals. Another ESL One LAN event was scheduled for March 2020, but was canceled due to the CoronaVirus Pandemic. That event was rescheduled to online only.
