Monkey Business qualify for MLG World Finals

The Miracle- comebacks versus CIS Rejects ensured Monkey Business the tickets for MLG World Finals that will be held next month in New Orleans.

CIS Rejects have displayed a perfect aggressive style that put Monkey Business in a lot of trouble for the first three games of the series. But luckily for them, Amer 'Miracle-' Barqawi was there to save the day for his team. His bold play-style became a huge problem for CIS Rejects once he finished his key items.

Although Monkey Business were constantly struggling in the early game, Miracle- managed to pull through by punishing CIS Rejects aggression and over commitment. The first game of the series was won by Monkey Business on the back of an incredible Mana-Void on the enemy Storm Spirit, which allowed them to team wipe Vanskor’s squad and force the GG push despite the fact they were the ones with tier four towers exposed.

In the second game of the Best-of Five series it was Andreas 'Cr1t-' Nielsen time to shine. The classic Tiny - Io combo was pulled from the hat by N0tail and Cr1t- and the split push was real. Without any counter push heroes on their side CIS Rejects were forced to tap out only 28 minutes into the game after they already have lost the mid lane set of racks.

The only time CIS Rejects capitalized on their tremendous early lead was in the game three when they realized they have to focus Miracle- all the time and corner him in his own base in order to win the game. Despite the fact that MB had KotL on their side, the ultimate anti-push weapon, CIS Rejects heavy crowd control line-up on top of a Wraith King carry was too much to handle for N0tail and co who had to concede game three.

Going into game four, Monkey Business employed again the role swap between BiggDaddy-N0tail and Miracle-, demonstrating that it was not a one-time deal but rather the versatility of their roster. With the game two mindset and tactic reiterated, MB managed to out draft CIS Rejects right from the first round of picks and bans. This was the only time when MB were in the lead right from the get go. Only 20 minutes were needed in order for Monkey Business to seal the deal and become the first qualified team for MLG World Finals.
