DAC Main Event Day 1 - VG 2-0 HR

The final match of the day draws closer as uncertainty looms on how Hellraisers will perform in this match up against the Chinese titans Vici Gaming. Only two wins below the favorites, VG, Hellraisers will look to prove that they are not a team to be underestimated.

HellRaisers vs Vici Gaming

Game One

Hellraisers were raising hell for the players on Vici Gaming after putting Super's Ember Spirit on the cliff and winning all of their lanes. However, Vici Gaming kept calm and ganked the enemy Warlock twice; allowing iceiceice to start his snowball. After this momentum was given to iceiceice, the supports on VG started to gank the enemy troll mid. When the first teamfight broke out, HR got destroyed, losing majority of their team in return for nothing. Little did HR know, this was the first of many but fight after fight, HR got destroyed by Iceiceice's Phoenix. In the end, their based was demolished when VG tried to push HR's high ground.

Game Two

Vici Gaming laned Black's Doom in the mid lane to compete against Afoninje's Beastmaster and an allied hero denial saw HellRaisers survive first blood, only to lose it at a team fight to begin the ascension of Super's Ember Spirit. Hellraisers were able to take the first tower of the game in the 9th minute, but in return gave away a triple kill for Super as Vici slowly began dominating the game. With a serious lack of damage any attempt by HellRaisers to climb back into the game through ganks saw Vici come out on top - a three man gank on iceiceice's Tidehunter saw two die, a later smoke attempt saw HellRaisers' almost get team wiped. Their advantage gave Super a 14 minute Battlefury and with a massive team advantage the game slowed down. Vici finally pushed into the enemy base and easily dispatched any defense to take two lanes of barracks and force a 33rd minute 'GG' to move into the next round.
