Intel Extreme Master (IEM), is a worldwide e-sports competition. With the 4th season coming ESL announced the details about the coming event. This time, it will be held at Sichuan starting from October 1st to 3rd. The players and teams can join to play Warcraft III, Counter-Strike and DotA to fight for the prize which is going $65.000. The details about qualification competition will be announced later.

DotA, coming up strong in the world of eSport, will have their first bit of Intel Extreme Masters action, the best four DotA teams qualified through online tournament that will be hosted and carried through by the Chinese licensholder of ESL will be competing live at the Global Challenge Chengdu for a total of $15,000!

Prize pot split between games:

WC3: Total $10.000
CS: Total $40.000
DotA: Total $15.000
