After 38 games played, DTS-CUP has a winner! Os|One from Kazakhstan won the $3000 prize, followed by Ravens on second place and 1dota on third.
Many people who bet on ks.int, DTS or Ravens finishing on first place are disappointed now. ks.int for example, was eliminated on the first round of Losers Bracket and DTS, on the second.
If you don't understand the system, here follows a fast explanation of how it works: DTS-CUP was formed by 4 groups (A, B, C and D) on the first stage and by two brackets on the second stage. After the first stage was over, the first and second places of each group played the first round of the Winners Bracket. The winners went to round two, the losers went to Losers Bracket. After all rounds, the Losers Bracket's final was formed by its semifinal winner and the loser of Winners Bracket semifinal. This final decided the third place and the team that would fight the Grand Final, which was formed by the finalists of Losers and Winners Bracket.
On the end, Os|One showed everyone its power, they went straight to the victory without any loss, winning Ravens twice, one of the favourites. Now StalCat, Virtuos, Yamamoto, RONIN and xe1feR have much to celebrate. Congratulations to the winners!
