To upgrade the standards of communication between admin crew and participating teams, we have included two changes in rules.
Many of you write to us with problems, yet only written word is included. The changes that apply from now are (underlined):
Reporting
Losing team has to report the game on the page. Losing team is obliged to send a replay to [email protected] if there was no admin obsing their game. Winning team can also send a replay, and should always save one in case of any further issues.
If losing team fails to report the game you must add a print screen of end game score board when reporting to admins. We won't respond to any Personal Messages missing these proofs.
Walkover
A walkover will be given if one team fails to schedule the game in the given time frame. A game can be postponed to be played after the given time frame if both teams and an admin agrees on the matter. Including print screen proof that the other team does not respond is necessary for a successful report.
What does it mean for you? More time spend before writing, yes. But less time waiting - if we have a proof we will execute the problems instantly. To save up your time waiting, and our reading tons of PMs.
Little about the proofs - copy - paste PM is not a proof. Low resolution and low quality print screens also fail to be a proof. Print of your sent PMs is a proof if the date from top right corner of our site is visible.
Moreover, the Head Admin of the Tournament, is ereskigal, and the Second Admin is Amock. They should be your primary source of information.
