The DotA-Clan Visual launched a system to find standins or opponents for wars. It's very new and now needs participants to get it rolling.
You all know the problem: You would like to play a war, and you have fiev players gathered. You search an opponent, and at the moment you found one, one of your mates has to leave. How to organize a standin now? I think everyone had this problem at least once. Now, Clan Visual try to built up a community based on a vouch system. If you need a standin or if you search some players for a funwar you can (if you are vouched) join their channel at IRC and get some players.
It is also a place to find clanwar opponents, or just a place to gather with some mates to fight a funwar.
