AlienTech have announced 9,000 CS:GO League today, with eight European teams featuring in the event.

In an announcement today, AlienTech detailed plans to create a two-month long league that will culiminate in an offline finals held in April. The league will host eight teams in total, with six teams coming from the Iberian Peninsula.

The league will feature a round robin format with the top six teams advancing to the offline finals in April. 

Announced schedule for the AlienTech Iberian League:
Open Qualifiers for Portugal — February 7-11th
Start of AlienTech Iberian League — Feburary 15th
AlienTech LAN Finals — April 8-10th

The two remaining spots will be up for grabs in the Portugese-only qualifiers that begin February 7th.
