OGamingTV has announced that the Red Dot Invitational will see online instead of offline finals, which were planned for January 12th.

The premier edition of Red Dot Invitational was supposed to conclude on January 12th by being played at Olympia Music Hall in Paris, France. However, due to poor ticket sales which was caused by the attacks in Paris on November 13th, the organisers decided to cancel the offline part of this event and continue it as online. Moreover, OGamingTV has also said that all ticket and accomodition costs will be refunded.

As a reminder, Red Dot Invitational is a $50,000 tournament which featured eight teams fighting throughout the single elimination bracket. The quarter final matches were played online, while semi finals and grand finals were supposed to be played offline.

The finals will be played online on January 11th and the show will be live broadcasted by OGamingTV.
