The last elimination match was a very tight battle between Counter Logic Gaming and Team Dignitas where the North American team has managed to come out on top with a 16-14 win.

The last elimination match of the group stage featured Counter Logic Gaming and Team Dignitas fighting for survival. The map choice was none ofther than de_cobblestone, a map which has been played in approximately 80% of the matches throughout the tournament so far.
CLG made a very good opener, gaining a 7-2 lead. Dignitas was unable to set up a defense which could stop CLG's attacks on the B bomb site, where CLG won over than 80% of their T rounds. However, as the first half was closing Dignitas oiled up their machines and closed the gap in the score down to 6-9.
The second half started with CLG taking another pistol round and extending their lead, but with some insane shots performed by Jesper "TENZKI" Plougmann with the Desert Eagle, Dignitas quickly got themselves back into this match and CLG's economy was destroyed. The North American team was sitting at 14 rounds, while Dignitas were slowly climbing their way up again. At a 14-14 score line we saw full buys from both teams, where in an exchange of fire on the B bomb site Pujan "FNS" Mehta managed to be the last man standing which secured a map and match point for CLG. The last round was merely just a pure execution by CLG for a 16-14 win.
