Mousesports have secured a spot at the next major, by defeating two North American opponents with the same score of 2-0.

The third day of DreamHack Stockholm featured a group with Mousesports, Winterfox, Renegades and Team Liquid. Although that North America had two representatives fighting in this group, both of them failed to top it. The only European team of this group came out on the top, defeating both North American teams.
The day was opened with the match between Mousesports and Winterfox on de_dust2 where we saw an overtime being played. Winterfox was close scoring the first map, but the experience of Mousesports has come out on top and the German team took a 1-0 lead. The second map was de_cobblestone where we saw a really decent T side from Mousesports, followed by an even better CT side for 16-11. The second opening match of this group featured Renegades and Team Liquid. The Australian team scored a 16-14 win on de_cobblestone, but Team Liquid quickly returned with a very convincing 16-5 on de_overpass. In the final map the North American team showed much more which culminated in 16-13 victory.
The winners match was more or less one sided, with Mousesports being a dominant team. Both on de_cache and de_cobblestone we saw the same picture on the field, where the German squad converted a strong CT side into victory. The final score was 2-0 and Mousesports got themselves qualified for the next major in Romania. The losers match between Winterfox and Renegades turned out to be the same as the majority expected. The odds were heavily towards Australian side, who totally justified their favourite role here by scoring 2-0 win.
