German eSports organization mousesports have announced that Michele "zonixx" Köhler has left their CS:GO team.

The news comes following a disappointing run in the ESL One Katowice offline qualifiers, where the German team failed to qualify for the main event after two devastating losses against Cloud9 and 3DMAX.

Zonixx's performance himself was also very underwhelming, having the lowest Kill Death Ratio (KDR) of the entire team during the qualifiers.

Mousesports states that the decision was mutual, and that the organization will begin to search for a replacement in the upcoming days.

Michele "zonixx" Köhler had the following to say about the situation:

“OK so lets get this over with gentlemen. Many thanks to everyone that, despite my mediocre game, supports me. Also, many thanks for the nice messages. In the upcoming days I have some news for you. -Zonixx”

Mousesports are now left with the following incomplete roster:

Chris "chrisJ" de Jong
Tobias "Troubley" Tabbert
Nikola "LEGIJA" Nini?
Fatih "gob b" Dayik
