The Russia-based tournament has announced its qualifiers' schedule and prize pool distribution rules.

Season One of MCS Open concluded with Flipsid3 Tactics (ex-dAT Team) grabbing the $5,000 first prize from an overall $10,000 pool.

For the second season, the organization has adjusted their qualification system. It will now feature regional LAN-qualifiers from 14 February till 22nd March throughout Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. This will be followed by an online group stage on March 22nd and the season will reach its conclusion in its Moscow LAN finals between April 3rd and 5th.

It is also notable that the overall prize pool has decreased from $10,000 to nearly $7,000, but will remain unchanged in RUB currency, due to quite a volatile situation with exchange rates.
